SWEET SWEET FANTACY TOUR.
Mariah Carey arrived in the Motherland South Africa, for the first time  on her Sweet Sweet Fantacy tour and opened with a performance in Cape Town on Monday, April 27. at the Theater.
.According to a source at Channel 24 , the singer requested that Table Mountain be lit purple, paying tribute to Prince who died last week .

Reports from The Mercury stated that the Mountain’s flood lights can only be turned on in cases where the course is of “particular, historical or traditional significance to the people of South Africa.
Mariah’s Sweet  Sweet Fantacy Tour came on the heels  of a sell-out Las  Vagas residency . The global Superstar is taking her fans down memory lane as she performs her biggest career- defining hits.
Drawing on a back catalogue of over 18. No.1 singles. Mariah performs her biggest hits including the timeless ‘Hero”,  ‘Fantasy”,  “Always be my baby “, the global smash hit “We belong  together ” and many more.

Mariah Carey is a music icon with best selling music albums of all times and sold over 220 million records with 17 of her 18 Billboard  Hot 100 , No. 1 singles have been self penned including, “Fantasy”,  “Always be my baby “,  “Touch my body”, ” One sweet day,”  and “We Belong Together” more than any other solo artist.

Sweet Sweet Fantacy Tour continues in Durban today April 29 at the Mabhida Stadium and will end in Johannesburg with two performances on May 1st and May 2nd at the Ticketpro  Dome in Grand Mariah Curey  Divadism.

During Mariah’s visit to South Africa  she also got to eat some African cuisine and learned to speak.a few words in  the South African  Afrikaans and Xhosa languages.
